This article guides you through enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account and optionally setting up security questions for password recovery.
1⃣ Sign in to your INVIDIA portal account at https://portal.invidia.com.au using your email address and password.
⚠ Note: Your INVIDIA portal account password is different from your service passwords for cPanel hosting, Microsoft 365, and other services.
2⃣ Once you're logged in, click on the "Hello, [Your Name]" linked in the top right corner of the page to open corresponding menu.

4⃣ To set or update your security question, enter the details and click “Save Changes”. Then, scroll down to the “Two-Factor Authentication” section.

5⃣ Click “Click here to Enable” to activate Two-Factor Authentication for your account. This will not affect the Two-Factor Authentication settings of other users in your organisation.

6⃣ Install an authenticator app such as 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator, or Google Authenticator. Once installed, click “Getting Started” to proceed.

7⃣ Scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app. Then, enter the 6-digit verification code generated by the app and click “Submit” to confirm.

8⃣ Make a note of the backup code displayed in the confirmation pop-up and store it in a safe place. Once saved, click “Close”. Two-Factor Authentication is now enabled for your account, and you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code the next time you log in.

⚠ Note: The backup code is required to regain access to your account if you experience issues with your authenticator app.
