Updating/adding credit card details Print

This article guides you through updating your existing credit card details or adding a new credit card as your payment method.

1⃣ Sign in to your INVIDIA portal account at https://portal.invidia.com.au using your email address and password.

⚠ Note: Your INVIDIA portal account password is different from your service passwords for cPanel hosting, Microsoft 365, and other services.

2⃣ Once you're logged in, click on the "Hello, [Your Name]" linked in the top right corner of the page to open corresponding menu.

3⃣ Click “Payment Methods”.

4⃣ Click “Edit” next to the credit card you want to update, or click “Add New Credit Card” to add a new one.

5⃣ Update or enter the required fields, then click “Save Changes.”

6⃣ If you have multiple credit cards listed, click “Set as Default” under the “Actions” heading next to the card you want to use for billing.

⚠ Note: The INVIDIA billing system is PCI-compliant, ensuring the security of your payment information. Our staff cannot view or update your credit card details on your behalf. The only secure way to update or add a credit card is by entering the details directly on this page. Once submitted, our billing system does not store your card details. Instead, our payment gateway, Stripe, generates a secure token, which is used for future billing.
