cPanel Single Sign-on from INVIDIA Customer Portal not working anymore Print

If you are getting a login error when using the 'Login to cPanel' item in your Customer Portal menu on the left, this normally means that you have directly changed your cPanel password and your Customer Portal password has become out of sync.

If this happens then please raise a ticket via the INVIDIA service desk at and include the new password you have set in cPanel directly. We will sync the two system for you again manually so that you can use Single Sign-on again.

Tip: When you click 'Login to cPanel' in the Customer Portal, this will try and open cPanel in a new pop-up window. Please make sure that you have pop-up blocking turned off in your browser for the cPanel URL otherwise clicking the button may not result in anything happening.
