Customers are advised that from 21 November 2022 all INVIDIA inbound customer service email channels, including Sales, Technical Support, and Accounts will stop accepting emails from free email provider domains such as Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc.

Customers using such email provider domains wishing to contact any customer service departments will need to do so by raising a web ticket here:
https://portal.invidia.com.au/submitticket.php

Once you have created a ticket and received a confirmation email, you will be able to use the direct ticket link provided in the confirmation email to view and make further updates your ticket. Alternatively you may login to your customer area at https://portal.invidia.com.au to view all your tickets, services, and account details.

We apologies for the inconvenience however this change has become necessary due to the increasing volume of spam emails directed to our customer service departments from such email provider domains.

If your business is still using such email domains, we strongly encourage you to contact your INVIDIA account manager and discuss the option of moving your email services to operate under your own domain name. This will give your business a more professional appearance and importantly it will avoid your business emails being blocked when sending to the many increasing businesses that are now blocking spam from free email provider domains.
